Eligibility Requirements
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- With all tags and labels attached
- In original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
How to Return
- Log in to your account at perlufashions.com
- Select “Request Return” for your order
- Print the prepaid return label (Australian returns only)
- Package items securely and post within 7 days
Refund Processing
- Allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Original shipping costs non-refundable
- Sale items eligible for store credit only
Non-Returnable Items
- Swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
- Underwear and hosiery
- Personalized/customized items
- Final sale items (marked as such)
Faulty or Damaged Items
Contact us within 48 hours with:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a free return and replacement
International Returns
- Customer pays return shipping
- Must use trackable shipping method
- Refund excludes original shipping costs
