Eligibility Requirements

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • With all tags and labels attached
  • In original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

How to Return

  1. Log in to your account at perlufashions.com
  2. Select “Request Return” for your order
  3. Print the prepaid return label (Australian returns only)
  4. Package items securely and post within 7 days

Refund Processing

  • Allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable
  • Sale items eligible for store credit only

Non-Returnable Items

  • Swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
  • Underwear and hosiery
  • Personalized/customized items
  • Final sale items (marked as such)

Faulty or Damaged Items
Contact us within 48 hours with:

  1. Order number
  2. Photos of the issue
  3. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement

International Returns

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Must use trackable shipping method
  • Refund excludes original shipping costs
